Barber Glass has gone into receivership. Heard about this on the morning news. The brief story on the EB's website reports:

Are monkeys self-aware? How do we define awareness?

There's an interesting article in this week's online edition of The Scientist about experiments done with rhesus monkeys and mirrors to determine if they recognize themselves. Mayor Carrier announced a week earlier that he intended to make a motion about discontinuing municipal wi-fi services in the town of Collingwood, starting with the Library.
